Hello everyone: Attached is a listing of stallions whose progeny are eligible for nomination to the 2024 Nebraska HBPA Stallion Stakes. The 2024 Nebraska HBPA Stallion Stakes is restricted to 3-year-olds. All 2021 foals from this list of stallions regardless of which state they were foaled in, are eligible to nominate. The HBPA is working to upload this information & future years eligibility to our website.

HISA has been declared unconstitutional in the 5th Circuit!
The Nebraska HBPA was one of the plaintiffs in this case. Next, we wait to hear if the US Supreme Court takes the case.

Great News, Iowa Hbpa was one of origional complaintants .
I dont think Supremes will take the case since there is not a contrary ruling from another Court of Appeals.
