HISA has been declared unconstitutional in the 5th Circuit!

The Nebraska HBPA was one of the plaintiffs in this case. Next, we wait to hear if the US Supreme Court takes the case.

Great News, Iowa Hbpa was one of origional complaintants .

I dont think Supremes will take the case since there is not a contrary ruling from another Court of Appeals.
